Oparta na faktach historia młodego bogatego gwałciciela i jego ofiar. Kalifornia. Dziedzic fortuny Andrew Luster (Jason Gedrick) dopuszcza się do gwałtu nastoletniej Connie (Maria Sokoloff). Wcześniej podał jej tzw. pigułkę gwałtu. Następnego dnia dziewczyna z trudem usiłuje sobie przypomnieć co się stało. Strzępki wspomnień powoli układają się w całość. Dziewczyna decyduje się zgłosić przestępstwo policji. Rozpoczyna się śledztwo. Wkrótce pojawiają się inne kobiety skrzywdzone przez Lustera. Choć gwałciciela stać na najlepszych adwokatów, dowody przeciwko niemu są bardzo mocne.
