Jean-Gabriel (Lucien Jean-Baptiste) jest żonaty, ma trójkę dzieci. Wolny czas spędza w barze i na przepuszczaniu pieniędzy. Starając się uszczęśliwić córkę, obiecuje rodzinny wyjazd w góry, na narty. Nie udaje mu się jednak dotrzymać obietnicy, co staje się przyczyną odejścia żony. Mężczyzna staje na głowie, dwoi się i troi, aby jego sytuacja rodzinna powróciła do normy.
